That’s a massive injection of funk and jazz combined with surf and klezmer nuances dating back to older times in Latvia. With this original instrumental music album we pay tribute to our teachers and the previous generations of musicians, who helped jazz to survive behind the Iron Curtain, as well as get through the crazy nineties in the Baltic States.
This is already the eighth album by eight member band so we are paying homage to the hard work culture of musicians in the past as well.
